Memory Upgrades 256MB 144-Pin SO DIMM PC133 SDRAM for Notebook

When order was placed, it said it would be delivered by 23 May, was in my mailbox May 20th. Both modules slipped right in and had the PC up in running in no time... Would buy again from this seller..

Purchased this to upgrade an old Pentium 3 Laptop, worked as expected. Would recommend for anyone with an old laptop they are playing around with, and want RAM.

It Worked For Me. I needed to expand the RAM on my laptop and this fit my model and did the trick. It's still working. Never had a problem.

I plugged this memory into my HP laptop and the computer complained that it does not support PC100 SDRAM. Trouble is, I had ordered PC133, not PC100. The part says PC133, Amazon advertised it as PC133, but the computer thinks that is the wrong designation. I can tell the SODIMM has three layers of stickers on the front of it. It says the warranty is void if the sticker is removed, so my curiosity as to what those lower stickers say (maybe PC100?) cannot be satisfied.

Bought two... Good price, shipped quick, and worked great! Saved my old laptop from the junk heap. My Dell C510 Latitude only came with 128mb, so running 512MB is a huge improvement.

I bought this memory for an old laptop i was given (dell inspiron 4000)Unfortunately my system would not boot. The fault is my own though. The configuration of the chips are 16 X 16 I needed 32 x 64. Check your system before purchasing. Other than that the memory got to me very quickly, was packaged well, and seemed to be exactly what i ordered. Contacted customer support and they pointed me in the right direction. Would buy from them again.
