Great quality and tech support was wonderful. They answered all my questions and assisted me with installlation of 2nd sensor that registers moisture in crawl space under home. I Still have 6 other sensors I can add as needed. Registers rainfall and wind speed accurately

My wife had gotten a weather gauge from Sam's Club, but it didn't have a rain gauge one it. After the extreme cold spell, it quit working. So I order her this one because it had a rain gauge. I haven't quite got the hang of the rain gauge, it seems to dump often & when it does it goes back to 0 inch.

Updated review- increased ratingI bought this specifically to tie into online reporting sites. After the problems with the first unit, they sent me a replacement after a few weeks of going back and forth via email. The new unit finally did start updating to weatherunderground but as of yesterday, it is no longer updating for reasons that are A)apparent to no one and B) no one seems to care about..... again.--- Update. after giving up in utter frustration and leaving it alone for several days (I didnt count) it just started working on its own. No idea what changed, but this is the most frustrating part of the entire unit and is so mindbogglingly bad I seriously tell anyone easily frustrated by tech to skip this and look for something else.The unit itself and its functionality is great.Their support is clearly understaffed. It takes forever to reach them and then it takes 3.42 eternities to get a response back. They did not hesitate in sending a new unit however once we got to that point and I do commend them for that part.So far everything has worked great so long as I didnt hit a speed bump which does cause utter chaos.Also- there is no app. The image shows what appears to be a nice shiny mobile app. It does not exist. If you manage to get it working with weatherunderground, save the page to your favorites so you can access that remotely if needed.

OK, LIKES: SIMPLE to set up, two pieces to put together, very simple up front instructions, Very plan and easy to understand.hardest part was deciding where to put it, then getting it together was simple. love itit links to the remote VERY quick.OK, weather underground is not the easiest to understand and navigate, BUT very doable so don't fret, had an issue with the log on to the WU, via Wifi, but instructions are there, if you have to JUST REMEMBER< CASE Sensitive is a MUST, JUST LIKE IT IS ONLINE! that was my Biggest mistake, got it on and works, FYI, FLHAVAN23 is my Station Id, at Wunderground.com> i'm able to see when it rains, and how much, over the hour and in a hour so I can tell if it is Raining lightly to VERY HEAVY. LOVE IT!!!! THANKSI message Wunderground ref problems seeing my station they sent response with about 24 hours +- few hours. GREAT help. THANKS to them.

The display is easy to read, but controlling the display is not intuitive; you have to read the manual to figure out to change the display (e.g. it defaults to current rainfall, but to get accumulated rainfall you have to change the display.) If you put the weather station up where there are obstructions (e.g. trees or buildings taller than the weather station) you will not get an accurate wind direction and speed. Similarly, after a wind storm, it seems that windblown debris clogged the rain gauge and it stopped working. The problems with surrounding objects being higher than the weather station leads to difficulty installing it: if you put it on a tall enough pole to try to get above surrounding obstructions, it can then be too tall to see the compass orientation indicator for pointing the station in the right direction for accurately determining the wind direction and equally hard to reach the top of the station to place a level on it so the wind speed meter and rain gauge accurately measure the wind speed and rainfall. On the plus side, the radio transmitter to the display device works flawlessly over a long distance with stucco and plaster walls in between the two units.

Easy setup, but wind speed indicator does not report accurate wind speed. When we have 20+ mph winds in the area, wind speed on display shows wind speed as 2-7 mph, gust 10 mph. Everything else appears to provide accurate readings. I would return it if I could and purchase a different brand.

Our old system was failing. It was also at a 20 foot height. Have this installed at 6 feet high. Easy to access. Very pleased with install and the display unit.

I contacted the product support folks and they were very helpful, my unit would nor syc with the display unit, after following his instructions, it finally worked with no problemsFirst, place the collection device that goes on your roof 5 inches from the display module, while the batteries are in place and the display is plugged in with the AC adapter - press the reset button on the data collection unit for around 4 seconds until it blinks regularly and then press the reset button the display.Following this procedure and you will see the display unit will be synced with the collection unit AND THEN put it up on the roof, or wherever you plan to put it. And leave the display plugged in.Also, even though the collection unit looks like it is arrow shaped and you THINK you know which way it should be pointed, note the N and molded arror on the top of the colection unit - the arrow shape of the collection unit DOES NOT point north, so when you align it to true north make sure you have it according to the mo;ded arrow on the collection unitMine now works great ! I would have rated it 5 stars though I will update my review after we get some real weather.Update -3/25/2021- now that I have had it up and running for some time, it still works great. I never set it up as router available device or bothered to get my cellphone setup to the web link, I figure who needs to know the weather at my house-not even me.

Anemometro dejo de funcionar a los 4 meses de instalado. Esta atascado y gira muy poco y solo cuando hay viento fuerte. No es durable

We were super excited to get this weather station and try it out. It worked well for the first month and then the wind meter stopped rotating smoothly. It would only clock 2.5km/h even though the wind speeds are much higher. It's like something is stopping it from rotating. I reached out the seller about this issue and did not receive a response back. Waste of money and time setting it up, I would not recommend purchasing this.
