Firstly the PROSIdeal size, as it's a little over the standard (330ml) canned drink or coffee servings. Well, was tested last night...not impressed.Cut to the chase...IT LEAKS, and if it LEAKS it can't be airtight, so it can't maintain HOT or COLD very well, now can it.I filled it up, screwed down the lid GOOD n TIGHT, and stood it on its head on a wad of tissue, in a tray, and a couple of short hours later? the tissue is SOAKED...I went on to sayYou may find it tight to open or close when you come to take a drink, due to the absence of a simple BUTTON to press (what I love about my 2 CONTIGO AUTOSEAL mugs) Instead, you have to FLICK the catch on the front of the lid, to expose the "pop-up" spout, but sadly also losing heat...each and every time you do. How tight is it?, well, that all depends on you now, doesn't it.ENJOY.

Great purchase, keeps drinks hot or cold for a long time, I use it in my golf bag, just the right size for the bottle holderI recommend this one

Good for taking to work and outings alike. Could leave it in my bag all day without it leaking

Its okay does the job.

There's a little unfastened bit of rubber that stops the flask leaking, it falls out if you look at it funny.
