The bed is quite soft and comfy, just that the walls are little floppy, and fall down without side support (which is why 1 star less, else would've given 5 star rating).

All the grey colored fibers/hair is shedding and sticking on my puppy’s body , had to wrap it up in a bedsheet and then use. Even wash didn’t help. Shedding in clumps!

We got this bed to fit into the crate and it fits perfectly. It’s very soft and has a few inches of cushion. The color goes well with the crate. Looks like it’s good quality but has not been put up to the test of time yet.

Well made, cozy, perfect size for the shelf on my desk so my kitty can sleep while I'm working on the computer! I used double sided carpet tape to keep it in place. Fabulous!

I got this on special, knowing that they are not worth it at full price. It's a soft and cute mat, but it's really flat. I only use it as a base layer and add a fluffy sherpa throw on top. It's not comfortable enough on its own.
