I bought these while looking for new jerky to try, and more importantly a brand that doesn't use seed oils, soy sauce, and a lot of sugar. This is a softer jerky, shaved and in small pieces, so if you prefer the dry types of jerky, then this won't be for you. A small pinch of a few pieces, and then a slow chew to bringout all the flavor from the meat...I enjoyed these. This 3 pk was a good option to try the flavors out, and I will order 2 of them again, just not a huge fan of the green one, so will order the others separately next time. Ancho Villa (red) is my fave of the 3 flavors...strong flavor while chewing, and a bit of heat which was what I was hoping for Darth Garlic (black) had a good flavor to it, not as strong a garlic flavor as I was hoping for, but still had a nice flavor while chewing. Nelson Mandilla (green) was the weakest of the 3 flavors. Still enjoyed the chew, but there wasn't anything making me want to buy this flavor again.

this biltong beef jerky is the best. even the aroma as i’m dumping from the bag into my mouth is amazing. these are RFs 3 best flavors imo. spicy, deep, beefy flavor with great texture. i’ve bought RF biltong beef jerky a dozen times now in different varieties. you won’t be disappointed.

Product taste great! Honestly some of the best jerky ive had!! Would leave 5 Star, unfortunately, what I ordered & what I received is different. Ordered the Biltong Variety 3pk, received a 3pk of only the Ancho Villa Biltong jerky. Would have loved to try the other flavors.

This Righteous Felon biltong variety pack rocks! The texture is excellent, with that perfect balance of tender and slightly chewy without being tough or overly dry. You can really taste the quality of the beef, and the natural seasoning and flavors make each variety interesting without being overly salty or artificial tasting. This is also a great high-protein snack when I want something satisfying that isn’t a bunch of empty calories. I like having several flavors in the pack so I can switch things up depending on my mood. Great for keeping in the pantry, taking along for a road trip, or grabbing when I need a quick protein boost. Definitely a five-star snack in my book!

This is shaved-soft biltong, not the dry chewy jerky most of us grew up on, get that straight before you order. That said, the flavor is genuinely good, low sugar, and the bag in the truck disappeared faster than I'd like to admit. If you want something to gnaw on for an hour, pass. If you want real South African spiced beef without the sugar load, it's worth a shot.
