do these run small? what size should i get for 34b?

I run in this all the time, and do all kinds of jumping and bouncing around at the gym. I wear 36A or B (depending on how fat I am! ) and wear a Medium, and have no problems at all. It compresses where it should with out being too tight, and is super soft and stretchy. The white CAN be see through with enough sweating, as most white tops are....So I use it under a tank. I've been running for over 25 years and will never run in anything but a Champion, they're awesome and last a very very long time. Well worth it!

Are you able to wear one in water as a swimsuit?

I wouldn't. It definitely absorbs water.
