The Bodyblade CxT Kit is Terrific! Best workout! Amazing! In less then a week your body starts toning and shaping. My wife and I now are addicted to exercising every day! Well it's good but I ordered the blade with less resistance, a mistake on my part. So I'll let the misses have it. And get the stronger one for myself. All in all we like it tho.

This worked so well in my occupational/physical therapy sessions, I bought one so the improvement can continue. It is expensive, but it strengthens my arm and grip while reducing or eliminating the pain I have when making a fist. Love it!!

A challenge worth mastering. Effective and comfortable to hold. Strange at first but give it a few tries to get the gist then proceed to mastering. I was introduced to this in my physical therapy and ended up buying it to become better at it.

This convenient exercise tool can be used to work most all parts of your body. Taking up very little space in your home. A great addition to your exercise routine.

I was introduced to this at physical therapy and really love how challenging even 30 seconds can be trying to sustain some of the exercises you can do with this thing. I think it’s probably going to be most valuable to athletes who depend on their arms and shoulders to perform, whether that’s throwing, climbing, pushing or pulling. This is an amazing tool to help build dynamic joint strength at home with relative ease.
