The soup lid is a little difficult to remove.

I get compliments when I’ve used this at work. Holds lots of food. I was disappointed however in that it’s not well insulated so it doesn’t keep food warm or cold. You have to warm food up in the plastic container insert which is fine but where I work I don’t always have a microwave and was hoping this would keep food at least warm-ish. Food thermoses aren’t usually this big or versatile so hoping this would work for me…. Also there is no room in the carry bag for an ice pack so to keep food at least cool requires a bigger lunch bag.

It keeps food warm but not for too long, size is good, beautiful make; if you don’t have to keep food hot or cold for too long, it’s a good product to buy.

The container doesn’t hold the heat. I purchased this item 5 months ago and the bag is ripping is ripping off.

Cheap quality.
