I’ve had such a great experience using Colour Mill Oil-Based Food Coloring (20 mL, Primary Pack). As someone who loves baking and decorating cakes, I really appreciate how vibrant and rich the colors turn out. One of the biggest differences I noticed compared to water-based coloring is how smoothly it incorporates into fats and oils. The Color Mill colors, an oil based food color works beautifully in melted white almond bark. The colors are beautiful and vivid. I used them in cake pops, dipped Oreos and pretzels. They came out looking lovely for a first attempt. I was pleased! I am now wondering if it works on buttercream. The quality is well worth the price and I will be buying more in the future.

The colors turned out beautiful! The taste of the icing once color was added was alittle bitter tasting. It was easy to rinse off my piping tips and the utensils I used during the process.

This baby pink color is beautiful! It would be great for baby showers, sweet 16 birthday, quinceañera, princess parties and more. It was easy to create different color variations from light to darker pink (all the pink treats and decorations in the video were created from this baby pink color). I only needed to use a couple of drops per dozen treats. Since so little is needed, it's actually a fair price for how long it will last me. The lid did get a little messy (as you can see in the video), however, none of my glassware or molds were stained after clean up. I will definitely be purchasing more colors for my next event.

These work really well when mixing into melted chocolate. A little goes a long way. You can tell these are high quality. There’s no change in taste and it doesn’t clump. Definitely recommend investing in these if you’re starting a pastry / candy business.

Very good pigmentation and it mixes well with chocolate.

Purchased this for the first time last week to mix into my white chocolate. This is a big deal because white chocolate seizes up so frequently, unless you're just using candy melting wafers. And my chocolate did not seize up. This mixed in beautifully and created a lovely pink pastel color. Given that too frequently white chocolate will seize up due to food coloring it doesn't agree with, or an extract it refuses to take to; this was a wonderful thing. Highly recommend.

This oil based food colouring is great itself, but unfortunately has been shipped incomplete because of missing closing lid. Disappointed with Amazon employee who packed it.

J’ai utilisé le colorant alimentaire Colour Mill Hot Pink (20 ml) pour teinter de la crème mousseline destinée à réaliser un rosace cake en dégradé de rose. La couleur obtenue est un très joli pastel, lumineux et uniforme, parfait pour une finition élégante. Il suffit de très peu de produit pour obtenir un bon rendu, ce qui le rend économique à l’usage. Aucun goût parasite n’est perceptible, ce qui est idéal pour ne pas altérer les saveurs du dessert. La date limite de consommation est longue, ce qui permet de le conserver sans souci. Un excellent colorant : efficace, discret en goût et très esthétique.
