Hello! Current listing is 0.5 oz. Other listing offered : 0.25 ., 1 oz. and 1.7 oz. and the special is 3.4 oz. Although the standard could be 0.5 oz. an 1 oz. and the mini travel size 0.25 oz. Hope I could make it clear enough!

Should this be used with or without tonner? If so, how should one use it with tonner?

I'm sorry. I don't use toner so I'm not sure how to answer. I stopped using this because it was clogging my pores. Because it has silicone in it, I was finding orange silicone in my pores.

I’ve only used once but my whole face is red (also using the moisturizer) is this normal?

I don't image that should be normal. I haven't used the moisturizer but the serum did not make my face red. I would suggest stop using it if it causes that kind of reaction.
