New XE1 65 Degree Ultimate Sand Wedge Golf Club RH - Right Hand

Purchased it as a gift for an average golfer and was told that it is a very heavy club and difficult to learn to use. Going to require a lot of practice. All of the ads make it look so easy to use, but apparently it isn't exactly the miracle that it promises!

I have been doing better from the traps with the XE1. I still have to practice more to figure out the right club speed given the significant wedge. It is easier to hit the ball square which I couldn't do with my old sand wedge. It's just a matter of judging the club speed. I'm hopeful for significant improvement with more play!

bought the 2 wedges 2 months ago As a beginner golfer they did not improve my game. Unless you are familiar with proper ball contact, these wedges require just as much practice to use as standard wedges, which I've been practicing with alongside the xE1's. Despite the ads, YES you can chunk and YES you can blade these wedges if you don't make proper contact. I'll keep them because I am catching on, but they seem more like training wheels for us beginners, only they don't hold you up right away. The video helps, as do the golf channel lessons, but practice is still required.

Did the ads you watched seem too good to be true? That is because they are. I bought one of these based on the ad claims. Talk about over promising and under delivering. This club did nothing for me. Unfortunately I waited too long to return it. If anyone truly wants this club, mine is in excellent shape and I would gladly sell it for $49.00 to get at least some of my money back.
