This is always my go to for comfort after my augmentation surgery. Fits perfect, stays hooked and super comfy. This is my favorite for comfort day and night

The fabric and construction were fantastic, it feels very substantial and far exceeded my expectations in that regard. Unfortunately, the sizing wasn't quite as expected, and the garment measures at least six or seven inches less than the measurement it is sold under. I might actually be underselling that error, because the larger sizes are so small the disparity might amount to even a nine or ten inch difference at the tightest part of the band. Realistically, this means that even if you are adding five inches to your underbust measurement and then rounding up an additional inch, this is still going to be too small.To put that difference in perspective, I received a size 44, and the tightest part of the band actually only measured 34 inches around, while the loosest area measured only 36. The tightest part of the band does stretch, but not nearly enough to accomodate that kind of gap. That's more than a negligible difference, even if the garment did come with the pictured extender, which it does not.Using peculiar alchemy to determine your bra size is standard in some companies, but because the sizing here is so unusual it would appear the liklihood of getting a comfortable fit on the first try seems rather low. Still, if you can find the size meant for you it's extremely well made and comfortable, so it's probably worth a try.

I was searching for a cotton bra with good side coverage & with pockets to wear during radiation treatment phase. Because I am seam sensitive and have lymphedema to r chest and r back, I turned the bra inside out to wear. I will add a piece of cotton to cover the hook & eye area that now faces my chest. This bra is the most comfortable of mastectomy bras considering the low price--most cost upwards of $50.00 or over $100.00! I purchased a 38 (not band 38, just 38) and it fits. I was a 38 C prior to surgery; have lost 10# and a breast, but still ordering a 38 for many garments which continue to fit properly. If only they made this with elbow length sleeves so my upper arm lymphedema could be addressed while wearing this!

Desperate for small band, larger bust bras. I have some great ones from nordstrom lingerie, but they are made of synthetic material and come summer, I have developed incredible heat rash on torso and underside of breasts from copious sweating and lack of material breathability. So I ordered several cotton bras which seemed they might be able to accommodate my unusual 32 band G size breasts.This one was my favorite out of five! Thick, sturdy, well made, and good coverage and it felt like it would have been comfortable. But, gasp, this was SO SO TIGHT in the 34 size, this would have fit like a 26AA. When i unhooked the front, the two halves nearly exploded apart. Wow. I was crushed as I totally would have kept this bra if only it had fit me. If someone can fit this, they will have an awesome bra. I won't order larger sizes because I find larger means too large of bands and then the breasts fall out the bottom.

It fits perfectly. It is so comfortable that I can even where it at night with no problem. I also where it to work out in and I love it! I would highly recommend using both the seller and buying the product to anyone who is looking for a similar item. Of course I feel very comfortable in saying that I would highly recommend using this particular seller and of course buying the product to anyone who is looking for the same or a similar item. This was purchased for use post shoulder surgery & it served that purpose well. The front closure was easy to use, even with very limited mobility of my left arm. No underwires to poke the armpit incision. It was soft and comfortable. They do state in the description of the bra that it comes with an extender. There was NO extender with the bra I received. I was thankful I did not require it. Part of the reason I selected this particular bra was because it did come with the extender. Fit is always a gamble with online clothing purchases, & the extender included was reassuring. Don't count on it when you order.

It fits well, which is what I was worried about from the other reviews. I also like the large opening for inserts. It makes it easier then many mastectomy bras to insert and remove breast forms. I am not totally sold on the five hooks in the front. I like that it is a front closing bra, but I don't trust that all those hooks will be easy to close – we will see.

Wore these early in the reconstruction phase. They are soft and stretchy and relatively comfortable despite riding across a surgery site. The hooks would often undo themselves. Just had to remain aware as I moved during the day. These were my faves.
