Yes. But beware! Once the two surfaces come together, you are done. There is no adjusting. If there is a chance of putting the cork up crooked at first, I would avoid this product and use an adhesive that allows some time before it sets so you can adjust it and get it straight. That having been said, I love this product where parts need to stick first time.

Q: Is it good for glueing black rubber and plywood?

Yes, I used it for gluing interior carpet in cars, carpet to metal. Most any surfaces. .

Q: Can I use this for shoe repair?

I used it to keep an insoul from coming out. I used just a little on the shoe and insoul. It stopped it from coming out but not enough so when its time to change it it won't come out. If this helps

Q: Would this be good to put patches on a Leather motorcycle vest?

This has been used yo stick patterns on detailing fabrics. It does present a discolor but if hidden is not a problem.
