The Balzano Bullet Mixer has been a very frustrating experience from the start. It does not save time at all because blending takes repeated attempts and still produces uneven results. The service quality is disappointing, with slow responses and no proper resolution when problems are reported. After a short run, a strong plastic or burnt smell starts coming from the motor, which feels unsafe. Blendability is poor — smoothies remain grainy and ingredients don’t mix properly. Leakage is a serious issue as liquid escapes from the jar lid and creates a mess on the kitchen counter. The blade sharpness is also weak, struggling even with soft fruits and basic ingredients. Overall, the product feels cheaply made and unreliable, and I regret purchasing it.
