I use this on my 85 year old mom. I spray it on the bottoms of her feet and massage it in. She now sleeps better. I can tell it makes a difference on sleep because I use it on my own feet, and instead of laying in bed worrying about things I can control or what needs to still be done, I fall asleep in probably less than two minutes on hitting the pillow. It's been about two weeks and it still works and my mom always requests me to put it on her feet. Great value too.

Lordy, I love me some magnesium spray! I explanted my icky old breast implants and my Naturopath has me spraying my surgery sites with it. Obviously, I had to wait the 3 months post surgery to begin, but this stuff has worked miracles. Skin tightening, retraction and scars have faded to nothing. Keep in mind that if you have never used magnesium oil, it does have a sensation to it. So kinda burning (Not a 10 out of 10, but more of a 2-3 out of 10) It dissipates quickly and then your skin is kinda of oily feeling. I would not trade this brand for the world. It is pure and a large size, plus the price point is great 👍

This is great not sticky and doesn’t make you feel like you have lotion on it absorbs great into the skin! Did not stain my socks I really hope this helps my feet
