Yes they all do, the gray ones I got had a scrunch bum on it.

Yes, to well, though, in fact I can not run in these as the scrunch feels like a wedgy.

I would suggest getting the medium. As i am a 34 inch waist and 39 in hips and the large fits me perfectly.
