WILEY Peak: How Great Companies Get Their Mojo from Maslow Revised and Updated

This book is so incredibly well researched and referenced. It collates numerous business theorems so elloquently that it is a very enjoyable read. I have read it twice now; the second time highlighting and making notes in the margin as I would one of my university textbooks. It is a true handbook for organizations to create or build upon their corporate culture.

Great book!

This is one of the best business books I have read. Written by a man who has been there and done it. And it is very well researched with lots of good quality refrences.

Just like Austin Powers got his mojo back, Chip will help a business leader get on track to getting their mojo back or first taste of it.Peak is a fascinating and interesting application of Abraham Maslow’s “Hierarchy of Needs” applied to the various stakeholders around a business; the employees, customers, community and investors. As a fellow author I appreciated the ease of read, simply explanations and engaged storytelling Chip does a great job of in this text.As an engaged innkeeper who aims to help people “refresh from reality,” I found it very beneficial to learn from Chips experience building a boutique hotel brand, @joiedevirve and @airbnb.
