I bought this product for listening to the TV in bed and for playing music to fall asleep. I live on my sailboat and in the winter I can just use the speakers on my TV but during the summer the hatch over my bunk needs to be open and I need to use headphones to keep from bothering my dock neighbors. This fills the bill. And, the price is right!I am very encouraged to read reviews for people who have been using this device for years. I don't get that much longevity out of the earbuds I have owned.It was easy to pair and the sound quality was much better than I expected. Im 78 yo so my opinion about sound quality is probably not appropriate for someone half my age who can still hear all the birds sing.The earphones don't line up perfectly with my ears. More adjustability of the position would be helpful but its acceptable as delivered.My only complaint is that charging is a bit of a hassle. I am going to try to figure out some way to access the charging plug (which is on a short cable attached to the control unit) without the need to fish the cable out the back of the headband.The instructions for charging are not as detailed as they should be. It took me a few minutes to figure out that the charging port is on a short cable that is attached to the control unit. A better illustration, in the instructions would have been helpful. I don't see other reviews complaining about this so maybe its just me.Some reviewers complained about using the volume controls on the unit but I just control the volume using my phone or TV

This headband is overall great. Well constructed, comfortable, adjustable to fit. Sound quality is good enough - I fall asleep to spoken guided meditations, so I wasn't looking for concert-quality sound. My partner cannot hear them, and our room is dead silent. They don't completely block out sounds at all - rather, I use them to distract myself to sleep. I fall asleep on my back, but when I roll onto my side, about an hour after my meditation is over, I pull these off, power them down, and set them on my nightstand before falling back asleep. They are not comfortable for all-night side sleeping. The strap is Velcro. It's nice that it fits my head, and it doesn't get caught in my hair. The battery life is great since it's only on for a couple hours a night.

I have a few of these. When they get $10 or less i get another set. This pair uses c charger, not micro... Big advantage. All my others are micro which is one more cable to keep up with.I have great luck with all of them, including these, connecting, charging and battery life... really comfortable for sleeping on back, side or stomach... and terrific for plane travel... they don't fall off, easy to pull down, blocks out light, easy to pause, back up, go Forward, and change volume without taking out your phone. Excellent for the price. Good value.These headbands are difficult to get the speakers out to clean, so having a few means i usually have a clean one ready before bed. (Why can't they just add a zipper on top or snaps so you can slide the speakers out without pulling on the delicate wires?! I'll do that myself to a set soon.)I have a small head, so they are all big on me. Even the ones that change size with Velcro in the back are too big. Easy to fix with a needle and thread.This pair fits loose around my eyes, so i pinched the inside thin material a bit to get a tighter fit AND still allow the speakers to be pulled through for cleaning. See picture.The control pocket has an excellent fit--best i have seen! but snipping one thread makes it easier to get it in and out for cleaning and keeps the pocket shape. See picture.

Love this, use it when I am walking outside to listen to music. Tried to use overnight but was too hot for me.

Update apr 1, 2004: the 2 headphones started working again after 1 week the initial review. I use it every night, but I would have liked it be a little more tight (my head is 54cm). The only issue for me is you can't wash it without undoing the sewing around the monitor on the front. Actually I don't know if you can... It doesn't talk about it anywhere.UPDATE sept 2023: 4 months later, I'm disappointed. One of the headphones stopped working 2 days ago... Deceiving, I really liked them.INITIAL REVIEW: I really like this product. The handband is made of breathable material and I really don't feel the earphones even when sleeping on my side. I was worried it wouldn't fit, because my head circumference is small (54cm) but it fits ok. It stays in place until i fall asleep, but when I wake up it's not on my head anymore, but it works for me. Easy to connect to my phone and it can also be used for calls. Great purchase.

I work in a hectic environment. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. These headphones can help to buffer all the background noise so that I can focus on the person in front of me. I can move the actual headphones within the band, so that they're not actually on my ears which is helpful when I'm buffering sound but need to hear.I have on a couple of occasions forgotten to turn them off, and they were still playing after work. So I can attest to a play life of 8-9 hours at least on my set lol.I bought 2pair, and accidentally washed one. It worked for a day or two before it just wouldn't turn on. I was surprised I got that out of it.I have recommended this product to others, and will continue to do so.

Me encanta usarlo para dormir y poner algo relajante. Es suave, no incomoda el oído pues se hunde en la almohada de forma natural y es plano cada audífono. La tela es suave. Puede usarse para ejercicio pero no lo recomiendo pues hay que desmontar los cables y lavarlo cada vez lo que no es práctico.
