Counterfeit probably
I bought exactly the same brand of gelatin 3 years ago. I often make mousse cakes to give as presents to my friends and family. It worked marvelously. I ran out and bought it again. I made another mousse cake for my sister’s birthday using this gelatin. What an embarrassment it was! It never set! The whole cake was held by the acetate film that it used to give the cake a shape. When I removed it, it all just melted… I thought maybe I made a mistake in my measurements ( never before). Brought home the leftovers, “bloomed” another portion of gelatin, warmed it and added to the remains. It never set! Stay away from this brand. Someone just used the same design of the jar and label and placed God knows what inside.

Great value
I love adding to my smoothies. Makes for a really great thick consistency. After about a week you will notice your skin is more hydrated and seems to be glowing a bit.

This product "Unflavored Gelatin Powder" has a warning label that states may cause cancer. The label is not shown in the description on line, it was not until the product was delivered, that I was aware of the warning label. This product is listed as unreturnable. I do not think it is fair to customers.I never opened or used the product.

Carsenegenic
I intend to return this item. I realized that there was a warning about some of the ingredients that they might be carsenegenic! Why would anyone sell an item that might cause one to have cancer is beyond my understanding!
