This is by far the best prenatal I have come across. Game changer throughout my pregnancy. I love the high quality ingredients and the fact that it has methylated folate (in its bio form) and choline (for healthy baby brain development) The size is not too big for me to swallow and there is no taste. I love taking it and in fact will continue to take it post pregnancy too! High recommend it.

It has a very mild unpleasant taste (isn't a big problem, it doesn't linger or anything) and every once in a while I have a moment of struggle trying to swallow it. If it bothered me enough I'd get their mini version instead. But the ingredients are top notch (+ so comprehensive) and I've never felt sick from these. I take these with the Baby & Me 2 "DHA & Choline" and between those 2 get everything I need and don't have to worry about making sure I eat specific things every day to supplement. I should note I did accidentally get pregnant on these which was my fault (happy accident), but not sure if it would've happened if I wasn't taking these. Lastly, my hair has been rapidly growing after years of breakage so now I never want to stop taking them. Would highly recommend!! P.s. this is the longest review I've ever written but I feel very strongly about these!

UPDATE: So I took these for three months before TTC and got pregnant fairly quickly. Currently about halfway through my pregnancy and my bloodwork looks good and baby is growing well! I did have a huge problem with the taste during first trimester, but managed to force them down. Now I'm back to having no problem with the taste. I'm almost tempted to dock it a star for how bad it tasted during first tri but YMMV so I didn't. It's done everything I wanted and the main downside is just the cost compared to some cheaper brands. I have not had any issues with constipation or keeping it down. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I started taking these because I will be TTC soon and wanted the Folate now, and wanted to figure out a good prenatal now. I am mildly anemic and have attempted taking iron supplements before, but they made me feel so nauseous and sick that I stopped. Due to that, I was willing to spend a bit more on a prenatal that could actually get some iron in me and keep it down. This one with the two pills per day instead of one, less than 100% iron, and NO calcium to hinder the iron absorption, sounded like a perfect fit. Very happy to report that I have had no issues keeping these down, even taking them on an empty stomach. I feel more energetic than normal. It has a slight citrus taste, I can't say it is a good taste, but it is not repulsive and does not leave an aftertaste. The pill is large but that's to be expected of a two a day/one a day multivitamin pill, I think. Particularly with the iron. If large pills are a problem for you I'd recommend looking for something with more frequent but smaller doses. I plan to take Megafood's DHA & choline supplement as well as a vitamin C supplement while pregnant. If I take a blood test during the pregnancy I will update this review with the results...

These are the best. Mega food is really top-of-the-line. They have high-quality nutrients, and also come in Amber glass bottles… The fact that they put their supplements in glass bottles is absolutely huge for me. I hate buying anything in plastic. Do you remember when the BPA’s were huge in the water bottles? How come nobody asked the same question about all the plastic that we put our food in? Plastic bags, plastic bottles, ketchup, bottles? Yeah not buying it. I’m so happy that they’re in glass!!!

As I am ordering these vitamins for my second pregnancy, I realized that I never made a review for my first. I started taking the gummies of this brand before we started trying to conceive. We conceived on the very first month of trying! After I found out I was pregnant, I switched to these pills. I will say that they are fairly large and have a weird taste if you take them with water. I always ended up taking them with juice or something and that helped tremendously. I love that these are made with real folate and real fruits and veggies. This vitamin never made me nauseous. I had a happy and healthy pregnancy. I then took the postnatal of this brand and it was great! I was definitely an over supplier. I do suggest taking a DHA pill alongside of your prenatal. My son is sooo smart. He is 18 months old and knows how to count to 10, how to spell his name, his colors, and a lot of animals along with their sounds. If you’re debating this vitamin, just get it!

I’ve tried a few prenatal vitamins during pregnancy, and this one has been my favorite so far. I switched because I wanted a prenatal with methylated folate instead of folic acid, and after looking into the research, I felt better about making the change. One thing I really appreciate is that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some prenatals can. The quality of the ingredients gives me peace of mind, and I like that it includes methylated folate along with a good balance of other vitamins. The only downside I’ve noticed is that if I take it at night, the B vitamins (especially B6 and B12) keep me wide awake. After one night of barely sleeping, I realized this prenatal is much better taken in the morning. Since switching to mornings, I’ve had a much better experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it. Just take it earlier in the day if you’re sensitive to B vitamins like I am.

Love them before pregnancy, during and after! Continuous hair growth and nail growth the smell is strong but toss em back and drink something to avoid after taste and youre good! No negative side effects here!

I struggled with finding a good prenatal that didn’t make me feel sick. This one was the best option and so glad I found it! As a cleaner option, I was so impressed. There is a taste to it and it is large in size, but I have no issues with it. Used it during my entire pregnancy once I found it and still using 6 months after with no issues.
