where do i even start. i have so much love for the oxyshred powder- from the taste of the flavors (cosmic blast and strawberry kiwi are SO yummy) to the results, this has by far been the best supplement i have ever incorporated into my routine: which is saying a lot because i have tried a LOT of different products that ended up being either useless, disgusting, or made me feel jittery or weird. oxyshreds effects are so smooth, i take it on an empty stomach before fasted cardio, and it makes cardio actually BEARABLE and so much easier! it gives me so much energy without the jitters or a crash, and it also has helped me with losing fat in my calorie deficit with its appetite suppressant effects. i genuinely look forward to taking this every morning. i cannot reccomend it enough, i firmly believe anyone and everyone would benefit from this!

Whether I’m lifting, doing cardio, or just dragging myself to the gym, this stuff gives me that extra push to show up and crush it. If you’re looking for a pre that works without making you feel like your heart is racing, OxyShred is 100% worth it.

It provides a great boost of energy and has a great taste, too. However, it could come off sweet if you don't like candy-flavoured stuff. I would recommend a shaker bottle instead of stirring it in. It does make you go to the bathroom so if you have a sensitive stomach, this may not be ideal for you. If you can, try to use it on days when you have free time to allow your body to adjust to it.

I love this stuff because it makes me sweat like crazy. It is over pricey for the amount you get so that's a con. I will say the cosmic blast is suuuuper sweet. I'm not much of a sweets person so I'll probably get another flavor after this one because it's so overpowering.

I’ve tried a lot of different pre workouts and fat burners, but this is honestly one of the few that I actually noticed a difference with. Hands down works for me. I take it before the gym and it gives me clean energy without making me feel jittery or sick. One of the biggest things I noticed is that it helps keep me from feeling constantly hungry, which has made staying in a calorie deficit so much easier. I also sweat WAY more during workouts when I use it, and over time I’ve definitely noticed weight loss while pairing it with exercise and better eating habits. The flavor is actually really good too, which makes me want to keep drinking it consistently. If you’re looking for something to help with energy, appetite control, and workouts, I definitely recommend trying it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: If you already have an issue with anxiety, I DO NOT recommend this product. I took it yesterday for the first time and when it kicked in, I felt like I took a d-rug of some sort, but I just used that energy to complete my workout and I was able to run a mile (which I’m never able to do) so I loved that it gave me endurance to complete my workout, however it kicked my anxiety in to the max. I had to go to work after and let me tell you, it felt like I was in an out of body experience, I had a full on CRASH and had zero energy the rest of the day, felt slightly ill even. And even with my anxiety meds, I was a mess. I don’t think the great workout was worth it compared to how it triggered my mental health and physical symptoms of anxiety. If you don’t have an issue with that, I would recommend this product.
