Does this basketball come inflated?

Mostly inflated. It bounced but would not be optimal for dribbling/playing an actual game.

Why did the basketball come deflated? Did i not see that in the description?

So did mine and every time I kept refilling it with air it kept on deflating. Bad product didn’t get refunded

Why is the smaller ball more expensive than the larger balls?

I am guessing they sell fewer of them and make fewer of them. Maybe?
