How do you use this product? Do you just apply it in after washing and blow dry and style the hair?

Yes. This product will make the Keratin last longer if you have had Keratin treatment. You just apply some after washing your hair and then style.

does this product have formaldehyde?

KerAcai is a botanical product and does not contain formaldehyde.

If I apply near root, will it make hair flat? Breakage about 1.5” long

I have super short, thick hair and just use a little to calm it down. If your hair isn’t thick I would think it would flatten at the roots.
