Does this fit the regular nintendo 3ds xl

No. It will not.it only fits the new 3ds. (The one with the little circle pad built in to the device itself)the old 3ds xl is a different size. It won't fit.

how do you get the 3dsxl out of the holder

You hold the device and the handle. Then you hold on to the back of the device and pull it torwards you. It just pops out when you lever it.

can you put the game cartbriges while using this?

No the game card slot is blocked by the grip

Is useful to record with the camera? (I want to know if is useful for no movements)

I haven't done anything but play games on it. But it is very sturdy so it could work.
