I love how easy this water bottle is to clean. My little one uses it for school and it has held up nicely. The ice doesn’t last as long as an insulated water bottle does, but i wasn’t expecting it to. I like how durable it is. Fits perfectly in the water bottle slot on her backpack. She had 2 others that are different brands that have already fallen apart but this one has held up nicely.

I generally don't leave reviews. If you have seen any that I do, it is because a company/product has been exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, it is the former, especially for the service. We bought this bottle for my 3yr old. All the other cups were relegated to the back of the cabinet as this one was the hands down favourite. We ordered a second (and eventually a 3rd) so we had a spare and a clean one. They are used every day, at home and at playschool. They've taken some drops without issue and overall seem well made. The art is very nice and clean (not a cheap sticker). I should note that we bought the first one in Oct/Nov timeframe 2021. I think there may have been issues with ones before, but I am pretty happy with the construction of the ones we got. When we got one of the bottles we noticed that the button 'wobbled' a bit up and down. Eventually with it being pushed many times a day, the wobble became more of a pivot -- it was a defect. The button became unusable so I reached out to the seller. I had expected to not hear anything for the typical 1-3 days and was pleasantly surprised when they responded within 4hrs (I may have gotten lucky with timezones too). In my initial message I described the problem, much as I did above. In their response they asked to confirm the style and for my address so they could send me a new one (I assumed a lid). I responded within an hour or two and again they responded right away saying they were sending out a replacement. I've been down the replacement path before and often the replacement part is dropped in the mail 'soon' and it shows up a week or two after that. Not in this case. Today (the next day) I saw a Amazon package on our front step... I wasn't expecting anything so I was puzzled. I opened it up and inside was a new replacement bottle. So... this is a big 5 star thumbs up for the company. I have added them to my list of companies that I will prefer to purchase from and I highly recommend them. As for the product, these are the only bottles we use and they routinely travel between home, playschool, the park, other outings, as well as in and out of the car. Other than that one defective button (it happens, they quickly addressed it) they are well made, easy for little hands to use, and work great. Your mileage may vary
