It assembled and stays firm in the shed I am building to hold 6 adult bikes ( 2 mountain, 2 road and 2 hybrids) but it was quite tight and the bikes but each other so I added a piece of 2x4 between the studs with another hook at one end of the bike rack to be able to spread the bikes out a bit further so they hang freely without hitting each other. The large size of the hooks allow you to twist the other bikes to the side to get access to the particular bike(s) you want to use. I also installed one bracket slightly lower than the 3 others for the 2 shortest bikes I have to help offset the bikes to fit better. Fyi, My shed is 12 feet wide and 67" deep minus the width of the 2x4 and plywood framed walls so the bikes fit upright against the back wall with sufficient room to walk between them and the front wall and maneuver them.

This is a great item, but make sure to have the room.

The metal is good. The pieces fit together well just a few things to know when you install it the frame bar sections don’t overlap, so you will be drilling four holes into each stud (2 per section side). The spacing also seems a little off and not 16 inches so the full bar will not have all studs per section. I installed all sections except for one and that allowed me to fit to adult bikes and one child’s bike, not room for much more than that.

We liked that this bike rack can fit all of our family’s bikes in the same place, but we had to re-install it twice, because it would just fall off the wall. The wall anchors and screws that came with it are not strong or long enough, so we had to get other types.

Really happy with this setup. I just measured the length of the four pieces against a 2x6 then leveled and screwed it into the studs first. To me this just made it more functional without worrying about where the studs were. It feels very sturdy too. Loving the organization and I think this is a good value and looks great. Highly recommend using that 2x6 though, 2x4 does not work for this.

We had high hopes for this bike storage rack, envisioning a neat and space-efficient solution for our bikes. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mismatch for our specific needs and space, leading us to return the product. Initially, the installation posed its first challenge. Our concrete walls required us to purchase additional hardware, which was an unexpected hassle. Once set up, the rack didn't quite live up to our expectations in terms of space-saving. Contrary to what we had hoped, it seemed like we would end up shuffling the bikes around more than we liked. Moreover, the bikes didn't feel entirely secure on the rack. This lack of stability was a significant concern for us, given the value and importance of our bikes. While this rack might suit someone else's space and needs better, it just wasn't the right fit for us. It's a reminder that what works in theory doesn't always pan out in practice, especially when it comes to storage solutions.

It dose not fit 6 bikes and it isn’t quality product I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone it’s waste of money

Quality is very good. Works well on the wall bracket. We have the racks for the gardening tools as well from this range and I like how easy it is to keep our garage tidy now.

Do not buy this product. It is not a bike rake in any way shape or form. It is a cheap universal garage wall hanger with a few hooks. The hooks are very weak and do not hold a tire proper plus the way it is mounted to a wall is not ment to hold heavy items.

Liked the ease of assembly.

Came with brick only wall plugs. I had to buy a piece of dressed timber and coach bolts to secure well to the stud behind the garage plasterboard wall. Helmet hooks are difficult to access without taking a bike down first. Better to have them than not. I am going to buy another rack soon. Fitting 12 bikes in less than 3.5 meters of wall space is very useful. Some of the hooks down clamp down fully. Overall does what it is supposed to - lots of bikes in a smallish space.
