Kneipp Mineral Bath Salt, Deep Breathe, 17.63 Oz

Smells amazing! Perfect woodsy pine scent. Very strong. Pricey but a little is all that's needed. 1/3 a cap full is plenty.

I bought this for daughter, who has lupus. She said these bath salts are wonderful, the scent is light, not to strong, very relaxing, and the color is very light, did not stain the tub. With every penny, I will purchase this again. The muscle, and pain relief were true.

The "Deep Breathe Pine & Fir" mineral salts by Kneipp make a for a great soak! Because reviews have been mixed I had my doubts, but having faith in German-made products, I decided to give it a try. Following my typical procedure, I added the salts as I started to fill the tub. The aroma filled the room with the light scent of an evergreen forest, just as you find on a hike. Nothing overpowering nor artifical. 5-stars. As to the soak itself, absolutely perfect! Soothing, relaxing, all crystals completely dissolved, and again the aroma remained light and natural. I spent 30-minutes in the soak, and really did not want to get out. 5-stars. As to ingredients, all natural mineral salts, natural pure essential oils, and natural surfactants. The only negative I have is the last two ingredients: artificial dyes, blue and yellow. These are here simply to create the green color. While I admit, the green bathwater is visually appealing, I wish the makers would delete these last two ingredients from their otherwise all-natural recipe.3-stars. Overall rating 4-stars. On a side note, the product did NOT stain my tub. Also, the product is returnable, being no different than just about everything else purchased through Amazon. Do I recommend "Kneipp Deep Breathe Pine & Fir" mineral salts? Yes! Did I subscribe for regular shipments? Yes!

I originally found this while on vacation in Germany, and fell in love with the Kneipp brand. The products are mainly organic (or all are, I am not sure), and they do very nice things to both my skin and my mood. Although this is named "Deep Breathe," it has the same scent as the pine bath salts I got to use as a small girl at my Oma's house. I slip into my bath and I feel like I'm five again.The bath salts are not too strong and are gentle to my skin, and don't leave a ring around the tub. I find that having to scrub a bathtub after taking a relaxing bath makes most of that relaxed feeling go away, so these are especially nice.When I want to feel like I am either a little kid at Oma and Opa's house, or when I want to feel especially relaxed, this works perfectly. Oma always said it worked well for sore muscles, and it works that way for me, too. I don't know if it's the bath salts or just my memories, but I always feel great after using these lovely bath salts.
