Antennas are pretty tough on my crash-tested 5"
What do you expect, Spektrum brand. Not cheap, but I've purchased two for a 5" FPV and a custom hexa, hasn't let me down yet, and have yet to push it past its range (although I am careful about that). Antennas are pretty tough on my crash-tested 5". One has even been in a tree for a week with rain and freezing weather, then dunked in a puddle a week later, and worked without even cleaning it off. Took off stupid plastic case for 5" and shrink wrapped it. Plugs straight in to Pixhawk without soldiering or signal conversion. Thumbs way up.

Great for FPV when you need something really small
I use this receiver on a 200mm FPV racing quad and have may hours without any issues. No range issues, no latency, super light and super small foot print. Pretty good price too.

Great receiver with small footprint.
If you have a DSMX transmitter this is a great choice for your multi rotor. Small footprint and support as many channels as your tranmitter can throw at it unlike the sattelites that stop at 7 or 8 channels. Love the auto bind feature no longe r a need to keep bind plugs handy if you need to bind just don't turn on the currently bound transmitter before you power it up after a few seconds it switches to bind mode automatically

A little pricey but works fine
At first I couldnt get it to work but turns out it was a bad Solder, it seems to work OK, but I havent gotten it in the air yet, once I check the range I can change my review.. I did find it a little pricey, as most of the ones I saw where about 7 bucks cheaper.. but it works.

Quality Brand, Quality Product
This receiver is awesome! It's so tiny and the antenna are long but not too long and are very sturdy and connected firmly. Always a trusted brand and always a quality product! I am nothing but satisfied with this receiver especially due to its size and features. This is the best receiver for FPV or mini quads for any spektrum user.

Still the best DSMX receiver out there!
I've bought a few different versions of this mini DSMX DSM2 receiver at a significantly lower cost, but I keep coming back to this one - my third now. Not all come with the long antennas like this one which is essential on the race quads - to get clearance of the frame for one. And in those times of accidents when an antenna gets damaged, you have plenty of antenna to cut back and repair (there are some good videos on YT describing how to do this correctly). Best of all, this little satellite receiver is a true bind and fly. No need for complicated binding setup or programing through the CLI. Just a couple of simple steps and it's done.

It binded to my DX6i easily, all you do is turn it on with ...
Using this on a 250 racing quad. It binded to my DX6i easily, all you do is turn it on with the radio on and BAM, bound. It fit well in to my quad and I love the one connection set up. If you're using a NAZE32 rev6 board do yourself a favor and get a Spektrum connector and solder it on to the board. This made for a really easy set up and if I ever have to replace it it'll be easy. The range is really good. I can't outfly the range of my FPV goggles and that's all that matters to me. When flying "line of sight" I've flown it out as far as I can still see the attitude of the quad and have good controls. Do place the antennas outside of the frame since carbon fiber can mess with signals. Overall, I'd buy another one of these receivers.

Works great for your FPV race quad and a DSMX radio, like Spektrum
works great , it really does bind easily as long as long as you walk about 10 feet away. it will bind when you are closer, but just walk away 10 feet and it works the best. i also found out that spectrum sells replacement antennas in case your quad props cut one. they just snap on after you open the case with a small allen wrench. Very well made.

Hallo. Update2: Mittlerweile in insgesamt 5 Kwad‘s ;) verbaut. Never change a running System, oder?

Man muss also 2 Dinge beachten: 1.)
