When I'm baking, my bench knife is my number one go-to tool. From cutting and forming dough, to lifting sticky dough off a surface and scraping your board clean. To be honest, I wanted a Campbell Dough Knife (CDK) from the UK. The CDK has the ample surface area to lift up a boule of dough, plus nothing sticks to it.Trouble is, there's only one known vendor in the US and they always seem to be out of stock and aren't too helpful with inventory details. Alas, I bought this. The best part is it's all-stainless steel, dishwasher-safe and behaves pretty well.
