This was a replacement for the existing chest strap on my grandaughter's rucksack. It fitted the shoulder straps very easily and the wide range of adjustment ensured all-day comfort.

Using this as a waist strap for a North Face Borealis sling bag. It makes carrying the sling on the left arm alot easier as the weight is distributed between the shoulder and waist. It also works on the right shoulder without much disturbance when moving the sling to the front. As the strap on the sling I am using it on is less than then 1inch (2.5cm) [mine was 2cm], there is a slight chance the strap might detach from the bag itself.

At first glance, it is exactly what I wanted and expected functionality wise. The length of the webbing is very long, it is a good thing. I planned to used it as a waist strap for light loads, and I am confident it will be able to do this. I put it on another pack as a sternum strap and it was easy to put on and use.Overall the price and quality are very good. Would buy again or buy extras.

These are handy to make a loose bag more secure but if they're not pulled tight around your waist they fall off off fairly easily
