It is a filtering system that screws on to your faucet. As lo g as your faucet spigot has that mechanism, it should work

Q: can these replacements filters be used / work in a berkey gravity feed filter ?

These filters drain very slowly almost to nothing without any kind of water pressure

Q: How long do these filters last?

I’ve used the Doulton filtration system for many years. When I first bought it the store representative recommended changing the candle every year. So that’s what I do. I also take the candle out and soak it in vinegar and water for a while, reconnect it and rinse it through for a few minutes if the water flow becomes slow. Hope this helps.
