The manual (p21) talks about choosing the "adapted mode" (delicate etc) & selecting this "on the appliance". Does anyone know how to do this?

We can advise that the SV9202 steam generator has one setting that is a perfect combination of steam and temperature, safe for all ironable fabrics.

Does the product have a uk plug

Yes, this is a UK product with a UK plug.

Is it meant to make so much noise.? Sounds as if it is chugging. My last teal steam iron made very little noise at all

Thank you for taking the time to comment. It is normal to have noise and vibration when the steam is activated. The use of steam triggers the functioning of an electric pump. You can see full FAQs here: https://www.tefal.co.uk/faq/csc/products

Does the product come with a one year guarantee or do you have to pay for that extra?
