Beautiful pot and great to cook in. The stews come out perfect. I use it both on stovetop and in the oven for the maximum effect. The only setback (although it has nothing to do with the company or the pot) is the size: I didn't expect it to be this huge, barely found a place to store it in my tiny kitchen :)For the family of 3-4 and for daily cooking I would recommend a smaller size – 3-5 quarts.
