I ordered this to replace my original 20 year old central vacuum hose. It also came with a few attachments which I already have. We’re satisfied with the product.

We bought this as a second hose to keep upstairs. In addition, we used to struggle with our old hose, which is heavier and stiffer and generally enough of a pain that it's tempting to pull our canister vac around the house instead. We thought that was just how it is with central vac systems.Instead, we were pleasantly surprised that this hose is far better - more convenient, more flexible, more lightweight - than the one we already have that came with our system. Coils up tighter to put away, and easier to take out and move from room to room. In fact, we're likely to buy a second one of these for downstairs the send our old cantankerous hose out to the garage where the suction unit lives. Very positive experience with this product.

I’ve had several central vacuum kits these last several decades - this one is amazing. The chord is super long, so I can vacuum several areas from one location. And the chord is so sturdy - I think it will last several years. And yet it is lightweight. And the attachments are great and easy to use.I am very pleased with this product!

Going to pull the handle apart but something in the handle or where the hose connects to the handle is breaking the switch connection. Only 2 years for a setup this expensive isn't great.

Product seemed nice when purchased but at least 2 times the hose has pulled apart in the middle. I used duct tape to repair but then another section opened up… super cheap plastic pipe that just unraveled…
