Tastes gross, but worked to rid my hot flashes!
Ok yes it tastes disgusting, so I mix it with some other yummy gummies to get them down. However, it immediately stopped my hot flashes and night sweats, so I'm going to continue taking these!!!

Easy to swallow
It tastes yummy and I find that I swallowed it easily. I don't usually remember to get my vitamins each morning but this one I take every morning I love how it tastes.

Easy to take, improving my health
I am terrible at swallowing tablets, so these are great for me. They taste ok and I think they are improving my health.

These seemed like good value but you need 3 a day so they won’t last long, however, I feel mine might last quite a while for three reasons, firstly they taste pretty horrible, secondly they are all stuck together deep in the bottle in a gelatinous homogeneous mass that requires excavating and digging with a spoon and lastly when chewed they completely stick to your teeth and gum up your mouth. So anyone with a loose filling beware!! Not enjoying!

UPDATE : Reliable brand, shame it’s so difficult to get them out of the bottle
Please don’t be put off by the smell when you first open the bottle, I found they taste much better than you’d think, it’s worth persevering! UPDATE : sadly, I won’t be buying this product again - the gummies stick together in a solid lump and I have to dig them apart with a fork to separate them.

Capsules are better
I bought these when I couldn't get the capsules as they were out of stock. I found they stuck together in the pot and went sticky, and i didn't find the taste pleasant either. Overall I was disappointed with them due to this.
