Not worth a penny
This product is much bigger than they show in the photos. It has a very loose silicon strap that they do not show in the photos. The fans are absolutely worthless they blow no air into your nose at all. I I have a proper CPAP machine and I bought this to go camping. I didn’t think it would work but for 20 bucks I thought I’d try it out and as I suspected it does absolutely nothing.

Works "for me" if it would just stay in
This actually works for my type of snoring. I'm not to the point of needing a CPAP yet but if you are, this probably won't work for you.The main issue that needs to be addressed is what many reviews complain about, "it simply won't stay in place". Because I found it really helped me reduce and sometimes eliminate my snoring, I was determined to find a way to make this work. I got some 1/2" gauze and removed the nasal inserts, tied the gauze around the middle of the unit. Because the gauze is thin, the nasal cover easily attaches over it. This allowed me to tie the gauze around the back of my head to hold the unit in place while I sleep.I wrote to the seller and they are supposed to be working on an improved version. Simply adding a strap to help secure around your head would work because, otherwise, they would have to supply multiple size nasal inserts for various size nostrils. The other misleading part that has caused complaints is comparing it to a CPAP, which creates a lot more air pressure and this does not. It simply assist when you inhale, minimally. It's not something you can feel the fans blowing on your hand, but again, it works for me, so I hope a new improved version comes out soon because I really think they are on to something with this product

Good product
It's a great product that does what it says it should do. Not very comfortable and it should come with different sizes of silicone to fit different nostrils.

Marginally useful for use as a separator to prevent human contact during CPR

See my video uploaded to this site, as well as my video uploaded directly to the listing, which shows an attempt to tape it to a plastic bag, measure the air flow which couldn’t provide 1 breath of air in 3 minutes. This is manual (attached photos) says that it is rechargeable and not to doubt the quality of the item. It’s sad that Amazon doesn’t protect it’s customers from snake oil salesmen, but profits from giving them a Wild West electronic medicine show along with a horse and buggy to get away with liberating suckers of their cash.Amazon needs to hire an external consultant like myself to prevent predatory profiteering from their customer base, .This is the Wild West and I am for sale to be the Sherriff to reign in the runaway looting.

Good. Could be better but still good.
Overall, it helps with snoring and keeps some pressure on my breathing. Is it a perfect sleep apnea replacement? Absolutely not. Does it always stay in? No, but a 4/5 is a good place for it.Pros: constant fans running. Clean air through the nose. Light weight. Easy to wear.Cons: minimal air pressure. May fall out during the night.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Completely worthless. Does not provide any noticeable air pressure or flow, not to mention it doesn't stay in my nose for more than 5 minutes before falling out.Don't waste your money on this. Just get a real CPAP machine.

Useless
They are uncomfortable to wear, have absolutely no airflow or pressure. I ordered two and one was defective and had a non working fan to begin with. The other seemed to work as designed but was totally useless, no airflow , uncomfortable to wear, and would not stay in place. I returned them both and would not recommend. It is a good idea that is poorly executed.
