Product received is not the same model as in the photo
I received a red valve instead of blue. The model is completely different. The red model is better but I order this product because I have the blue one at home and needed to replace only part of the system… now I have a completely different system that can’t be installed without taking apart the whole toilet.Update : I had to pay someone 200 AED to install it. If I had received the blue model I could have simply replaced the piece that was broken.

Item received as described, free of any flows and defects.This is not the first time I use this product, nevertheless, it was out of supply from my local supplier and I had to order it online.It is of good quality and I have tried it many times.

Good quality
It is good quality for the money you pay, but normally inlet supply is 3/8" while here is 1/2", so need reducer.
