Disappointing Product
This is not a new valve. The valve assembly has rust on it and the packaging has previously been opened. I am returning the item.

Doesn't taste a durn thing like a taco!
It fit! I was able to sweat it into place all by myself, the first time, without leaks! I don't suggest eating a taco valve, or cooking it excessively with a torch, but it is pretty easy to install if you have some experience sweat soldering pipe (which i now have about twice the experience as before). And does the job as my zone valve for my hot water baseboard heating system. Not much to say, other than that, or other than that the old one makes a really good paperweight or two might make a good canoe anchor. Shipped fast; price was decent; doesn't bark or bite. Good product; happy customer.

It works very well reliably so far
It works very well and easy to install. However, it should have a better user manual.
