Great for POTS and MCAS
I really love this electrolyte powder and appreciate the ingredients. As someone with POTS and MCAS, this has a great blend of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. And I love that it is only sweetened with monk fruit, which is very MCAS-friendly! I do wish it wasn't quite as sour- I do mix it with extra monk fruit powder to tone down the tartness. But other than that, it dissolves nicely, it's easy to use, and it's effective in helping my POTS.

Best Taste Value Drink on Amazon
I’ve compared Sacred Eats with LMNT and I’ve concluded that Sacred Eats is a better value/ingredient/quality for money product. I was first introduced to LMNT by the Huberman Lab podcast with a discount link. I received a few other discount links from notable athletes/podcasters (Tim Ferris, Peter Attia) Admittedly, I was sold on their endorsed recommendation, but also for the following reasons: Made in USA. Wide variety of tastes to choose from (I personally enjoyed watermelon, raspberry, orange and citrus flavours, even their chocolate was surprisingly good when chilled) all natural ingredients, no sugar, paleo/vegan friendly etc. But when it came to price, that’s when it became a little difficult to swallow (pun intended) One packet/serving per day costs $45 a month or $7.14 / ounce. When I went to renew my monthly supply I stumbled upon Sacred Eats. I ordered a months worth to test and do an unbiased personal comparison. Just to see. I was honestly expecting I would lose out on taste and end up going back to LMNT. When Sacred Eats arrived the following day I immediately tried a scoop after my morning exercise (16oz water) Wow! I was happily surprised! I even did a little celebratory dance in my kitchen lol. Sacred Eats natural raspberry lemon was equal in taste to LMNT and comparable ingredients - Sacred Eats is higher in Magnesium and Potassium per serving. Manufactured/made in USA, paleo/vegan, no sugar, etc. Drumroll. . . One serving/scoop per day costs $31.45 a month $2.73 / ounce. Conclusion: $180 a year/ $15 a month savings. For my active lifestyle this is an essential product so saving money and not having to make concessions on taste just makes sense. Sacred Eats is great in flavour, higher mg per serving in potassium and sodium, made and manufactured in the USA, and the best value/ingredient/quality for money. I highly recommend trying Sacred Eats and making the switch!

Am I Lucky I Found You!
I'm lucky I found you after trying a brand that made me ill. THIS product makes me want to drink my water! It tastes like a really tangy lemonade. Even when I'm really thirsty, I've never had the urge to pick up my prepared glasses of water because, well, it's boring, and the more water I drink the more I simply pee it out. An annoyance, an inconvenience and not even necessarily the answer to my driving thirst (no diabetes, etc.) Sacred Eats Essential Electrolytes is all that I can ask for -- I'm thirsty and I drink my 32 ounces of your electrolyte water all day: 3 of them! and it's no problem. How can someone drink that much I always wondered. Well, try putting a scoop into 32 ounces of water, give it a shake, and hydrate all day long. Quench your thirst. What a blessing. It's ingredients are pure and unadulterated and since I happen to use the Natural Raspberry Lemon flavor, it's like drinking lemonade without the sugar. I've been using Monk Fruit drops for years in all of my cooking when a sweetener is called for. It WON'T MAKE YOU SICK, like so many other products' sweeteners. I appreciate having such an ethical product on the market. Thank you for producing this and making it available. It took a lot of research and getting the wrong products, but I finally found you!

Himalayan Salt
Honestly, never ever written a review about an item, BUT honestly this deserves one.!! Thank god I came across this item, Absolutely the best electrolyte drink I've ever tried and I've tried plenty. YES its salty, but that's what I enjoy. No more adding Himalayan salt to my drinks. Simple Ingredients and the monk fruit is way better than any sugars. No after taste what so ever. Best hydration by far and energy throughout my workouts and long day shift at work. Will FOREVER purchase!! 5 STARS, NO DOUBT

Updating my review - I actually like it......
Update 12/2025. I got back on this after a couple years and to be honest....I'm doing a 180 change. I put in about 2.5 scoops of this into a jug of about 100oz and I've grown to actually like the taste now. Ive not tried many other electrolytes to be honest, but this stuff is actually not bad and i can easily get through a 100 oz now. Iwouldnt however put in 2-3 scoops in anything less than 60 ouncez....probably be too strong. That my new take. :o) I do wish though the container was more full....as mine comes about 3/4 way full only. My Previous Review -->: Bought this and drank it for three straight days mixed with a gallon of water each day on my 60 hour fast. I’m not very fond of the taste and don’t think it taste like raspberry lemonade or flavor whatsoever. To be honest it’s kind of hard to get through a gallon of this daily. Also I think the recommended scoop for Justin is way too much. I ended up doing more or less a half a scoop. Might finish it but probably going to try something else next time

Whoa! Salty...
It's not possible for me to rate the efficacy, quality, or results of using this product. I opened the package, took out the product, immediately and eagerly made a batch...32 oz water, 1 scoop Sacred Eats Electrolyte powder. I thought I'd start slowly and use 1 scoop and work my way up to 3. Expecting a tart (lemon/raspberry) flavor, I enthusiastically took my first sip. OMG! Salt was so overpowering that it almost came right back up. Maybe my palate is sensitive, but I can't imagine how consumers can get past the salt. I don't like to give a negative review when it could just be MY tastebuds. Other reviewers seem to love it. Meanwhile, I'm still searching for the perfect electrolyte formula for me: NO artificial anything, NO stevia, and GREAT TASTE. On the bright side, customer service was fantastic and immediately started a refund.

Healthier than other Electrolytes
I have tried other electrolytes that were good but I discovered they had Stevia in them. I wanted a healthier product that has natural sweeteners not man made or stevia. This product has a good taste but not great. I do wish it was less expensive but it is less expensive than the other product I was trying. It dissolves better than the last electrolyte I tried and mixes well. It is a stronger product that feels hydrates better. Easy to use.

Delicious when diluted
I find it to be too salty and sour at the advised ratio, but use a half scoop instead and it tastes great!

Terrible taste
So tangy, taste like ure squeezing lemon in ur mouth. I bought 4 bottles, had to throw them. But good composition of ingredients and dosage. Unfortunately cannot drink it. I added 1 scoop (supplied) in 1.5 l water
