I need to heat up a 5-gallon bucket of water to bathe my horse. How would I do it with this product?

Please kindly make sure your bucket diameter, the thread size, and the wattage and voltage is 600w 24v.

All these are wonderful water heaters but how much water can it heat, to what Degree Temerature is the hardest question to answer. Can anyone answer ?

600watts are 600watts no matter the voltage. The usual power of a conventional water heater is around 1500 to 2000 watts. This resistor is less than half the power so you can expect it to take more than twice or even three times longer to heat the same amount of water.

Can you make a 24 V DC submersible heating element for hot water tank that is rated 1800 w for my tri star 60 amp regulator

Not sure how to answer. This is a screw in type water heater heating element that operates on 12/24vdc. I will be using it with a dedicated 230 watt solar panel. This heating element is only rated for 600 watt at 24 v.

What will be the wattage at 12 V ?

150W at 12V (drawing 12.5A at 0.96 Ohms Resistance) 600W at 24V (drawing 25A at 0.96 Ohms Resistance) Basically, Resistance remains constant, Power = Voltage x Current

Free Water Heating When Connected To Solar Panels

I installed this in my preheat water tank. I have it connected to four 100 watt solar panels in parallel. In full sun I’m getting around 300 watts across the element. It’s not a lot of heat, but it’s free heat.
