gorgeous!
I only ever use unrefined sugars as the flavour and colour is so much better than refined stuff. This was is lovely. Just need to make sure it's well wrapped up once opened so that it doesn't dry up and go solid - although this is rectifiable.

Great for sugar scrubs, not just food
it is a a bit soft and sticky, and i guess for baking and desserts it would be great, because it just caramelises so well. I use it mostly for sauces and savoury dishes because it is so fine, and i also add it to Billington's Demerara sugar to make sugar scrubs with beautiful oils.

I love this sugar, I use it all the time when baking denser cakes, like banana, carrot and chocolate. it's perfect and the flavour is not as strong as dark muscovado which I love but has a really strong taste.

Love tasty sugar. Perfect for putting on porridge in the morning. Also makes cakes and desserts delicious. Much nicer than white sugar!
