Brilliant. I get a good nights sleep. Well worth the money.

Really sceptical given the evidence based for this is super limited and not exactly very strong or without conflicts. However was willing to try it for myself. First few nights were strange, sweating a lot and extremely vivid dreams but the sleep quality increase was insane, even at the beginning despite adjustment period of a few days, and has persisted.

Nice product...hard to know if it makes a difference. My son still needs other sleep aids

I have many grounding items by many different brands as I use it for my health during sleep, leisure and work on desk. this hooga mat feels by far the least conductive of them all, somewhere down there with a mat I tried purchasing from aliexpress for a fraction of the price (not recommended). I had to go buy a completely new one from another brand even though I just got a brand new hooga mat. don't fall for this, it's all marketing and no substance. too bad as we are dealing here with people's health.

Tried it for just five minutes by standing on it with bare feet.I was not expecting to feel anything at all but after a couple of minutes the soles of my feet felt very slightly warmer. I am more aware of my toes after using it.I generally have cold feet so what this means I am not sure but I will definitely be using it for 30 minutes every day to test the longer term effects.

I have opened the box, there was a mat, a lead, looks like Uk plug, testing instructions (no tester though - will have to buy one) and a QR code. On scanning the code, instead of instructions of how to use, it had a subscription to to TV ???? What! I don’t want TV, I want instructions…..

As someone who can't go out as often as possible since I'm always busy at work, this is so effective! I have an improvement in my sleep and leg pain (for standing or sitting the whole day) is minimised since I used this. Highly recommended.

I like it for the bottom of the bed. Keeps me cool and hopefully earths me too.
