Refund policy

I have to pay postage fee for refund and the seller also charged me restocking fee for refund. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I do not recommend this product.

Plug

The iron itself is very good, however ordering from Amazon Australia you'd expect an Australian plug not a UK plug! Fortunately I have an adapter, but very disappointed and a little annoyed!

I have been using this iron for a couple of weeks and so far it has proved to be an excellent tool. It is reasonably light and steams well, it was fairly inexpensive and heats up Quickly. It could a slightly longer cable but otherwise a good iron. JR.
