How many pieces in this jar?

I just bought my husband some and it had 27 in the jar.

How long (approximately) before the product expires if left sealed, and how long do they stay "fresh" once the jar is opened?

Our product can keep 2 years if left sealed and also 2 years when opened. However, the product should keep in a cool and dry place, and once opened the product should keep in a closed container to avoid humidity.

So im thinking about returning this product because i cant locate an mfg date of exp date... can someone help me?

Normally the exp date stamp on bottle of the product. So if this product didn't has exp date, you can contact Amazon for make a refund by change the item or money.

Are you supposed to eat a whole bulb at a time or pick it apart trying to separate the cloves? It doesn’t seem easy to separate.

Black Garlic can easily eat by just peel the cover and eat or cook Black Garlic with your meal. We recommend having Black Garlic before the meal especially in the morning because you con earn more benefit. Daily consumption that we recommend is 1-2 cloves
