I have been taking this for about 1 1/2 months and I am definitely seeing less hair fall in the shower. So far, I am really liking these vitamins. My nails are starting to grow and feel healthier. However, I did not notice that pumpkin seed oil helps with sleep. For the past two weeks I have been feeling really tired and sleepy. Specially towards the end of the day when I have taken my second one after lunch. I looked up the side effects on google and sure enough it does aid in sleeping as well. I will start taking these in the afternoon after work instead now. The dose is 3 per day but I think I will stick to the two since that is how many I have been taking because I forget the third one. They are easy to swallow as well . They are a good quality vitamin to take.

This is a very good,product with the right color inside. I use them internally and squeeze a capsule out onto my hair to block DHT and for hair growth I’m very pleased with this supplement. But some people might have a difficult time swallowing them as they are huge.

I had tried a previous brand and results more good, started using this one and my hair is falling out like it’s not helping at all. Personally would not buy this brand again.
