The Joys of Sax
Sounds like a sax alright. Inplay strings and keyboard but could never master a woodwind. Each day I walk buband try to consistently hold a tone. When I can I scale. Well worth it if you want to learn as long as my neighbors do not mind.

I can't play it because my fingers don't reach the holes

This product doesn't work, I haven't been able to respond sooner because I've been in the hospital. As of late Amazon doesn't seem to respond to refund requests so I don't expect any.
