Fits to size. The pants are thin, but not see through, but are also stretchy enough to put over top of other pants to stay warm on Halloween. The loot bag is tiny and not something you could carry more than a fun size bag of chips and a fun size chocolate bar.

This burglar costume has been an absolute hit with my 4-year-old — he LOVED it from the moment he opened it!
