Great brand if you are seeking a mixed, general blend,. I am very happy with the results and have been taking these for almost a year on and off. A little TOO pricey

I do a bit of research before I add any supplements to my daily routine and these have been a game changer for me. I take one in the morning and one in the evening and they really helped with my anxiety. I combine them with other supplements and they have been a major player in my overall health over the past few years.

When I purchased this it was hope that I would be able to try an alternative to some of the caffeine filled jitter supplements. Instead of the full dose I started with one a day and I don't like it. It has an ingredient in it that makes me feel as I am having an anxiety/ panic attack and constant itching. Not sure which ingredient it is so I chose to stop taking. I am obviously intolerant or allergic to one or more ingredients. Not the products fault. I'm sure this product is amazing for other but not for me due to super sensitivities and allergies.
