Hi, good buffing wheels, they give like a satin finish on jewellery of which we use sometimes, ive put pressure on them and they seem to be sturdy, not a bad price to be fair, will be good for deburring certain items, they fit on the lathe spindle ok and didnt come off so all good 😀

Um wirkliche Schwababelscheiben handelt es sich hier nicht, auch wenn gegenüber einer soliden Schleifscheibe ein gewisses Mass an Elastizität vorhanden ist. Eine Schwabbelscheibe folgt im grossen und ganzen der vorhandenen Struktur bzw Form, während eine Schleifscheibe dieselbe verändert. Letzteres ist auch bei diesen Scheiben der Fall, wenngleich die Körnung ziemlich fein und damit die Veränderung geringfügig ist. Damit lassen sich Bearbeitungsspuren, die beispielsweise beim Treiben von Blechen entstehen, egalisieren, ohne gravierend die Materialstärke zu schwächen.Natürlich gibt es noch viele andere Einsatzmöglichkeiten, wobei in Erwägung gezogen werden sollte, ob jeweils geeignetere und nicht zuletzt preiswertere Werkzeuge vorzuziehen sind.

I purchased a set of one of these buffer pads and a grinding stone at Harbor Freights, but all I wanted was the buffing pads. They wear out fast but do such a great job, that this worked out perfect.

Wer gelegentlich mit der Bohrmaschine etwas polieren möchte, der kann hier zugreifen (vgl. Bilder). Damit diese Scheiben eingesetzt werden können, wird ein entsprechender Spanndorn benötigt (z.B. "Bosch Accessories Bosch DIY Spanndorn (für Bohrmaschinen, 6 mm)").

I am a copper worker. These wheels do it all, deburring, burnishing, setting up for flame coloring. So glad I found them!
