Will this cable deliver a stereo signal, or is it mono?

Hi,This is a digital coaxial cable, meaning it will carry a digital signal. The digital signal may contain mono, stereo, or even 5.1 multi-channel audio. You can also use this cable as an analog cable, in which case it will only be a mono cable due to the one RCA plug. But this cable is designed to be used as a digital cable.

Does this work with a sega game gear tv tuner?

No. It is only for a very rare 3.5mm digital coax out from a portable DAP to the orange RCA coax in of a DAC.

Does this work with the Hugo 2?

No. The Hugo 2 has a 3.5mm coax in. If you are using this cable with a FiiO X3 or similar DAP which has a 3.5mm coax out, you will need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. I use this cable to connect from a FiiO X3 to the RCA coax input of a Parasound Zdac DAC/amp.

Could i use this to send audio to a 3.5mm to trs to trrs(rhode sc4) to then ttrs to lightning adapter to record the direct audio to an iphone?

This is a stereo digital cable meant to connect from/to a 3.5mm COAX connector and an RCA COAX connector. It is not for any analogue connection. To convert you need a DAC with a coaxial connector of the matching type.
